Inspiration as written by Keri Close: In June of 2008 we journeyed to South Africa to film PSA's for CBS Cares and participate in an article for CBS Watch! Magazine. While we were there we were hosted by the & Beyond luxury safari company and they introduced us to the Africa Foundation. The Africa Foundation helps their surrounding communities in three ways: Education, Healthcare and Income Generating Activities. The projects that Africa Foundation fund and facilitate assist in the protection of Africa's wilderness through support for the socio-economic development of rural populations living in, or close to the conservation areas.
Algodon Mansion is donating a two-night stay with dinner at Algodon Mansion's Chez Nous restaurant.
This provides a look at the PSA featuring Eric Close in support of African children.
