Vineyard Living
Vineyard owners will enjoy the privileges of our residents' private wine cellar, centrally located within the estate, which has been reserved for the exclusive use of all who wish to bottle and label their own wines. Here, vineyard owners may store their bottles and barrels, sample their wines with friends and neighbors, and celebrate the pleasures of a privately owned label. Vineyard owners will have several options regarding their property's seasonal harvest and production, and may choose to have their land tended, harvested, and processed by our staff if they so choose. The final product may then be sold back to Algodon Wine Estates to be marketed under our exclusive label, or sold to a third party, or marketed independently by the vineyard owner himself who might wish for his own family label. Algodon Wine Estates has reserved approximately 197 acres (80 ha) of common vineyards which non vineyard estate owners may opt to collectively own a part of.
