Skiing in Argentina?  Yes!  Algodon Wine Estates has teamed up with the Virgo Hotel & Spa for a special wine and ski package (click here).  The Virgo Hotel & Spa are our Las Leñas neighbors located just a two hour drive from Algodon Wine Estates, through scenic wine country.  Las Leñas, of course, offers some of the best skiing in South America.  Just ask the U.S., French and Swiss Olympic teams who make Las Leñas their summer training ground!  The package includes 2 nights at Algodon Wine Estates for wine tastings and some of the best food you've had in your life, and then 2 nights at the Virgo Hotel & Spa for skiing and more.  Of course, transportation from San Rafael to Las Leñas is included in the package.  Remember, it's winter in Argentina right now, so this is a great way to escape the New York summer heat-wave!

Algodon Mansion's construction is complete!  Finally!  (Although the retiling of the pool may take a few more days depending on weather, rain, moisture, etc.)  We'll be open and fully operational next week, and our local Grand Opening celebration is scheduled for September 2, 2010.  Congratulations everyone!
