Newly Designed Master Plan & Home Building Begins at Algodon Wine Estates!

Construction on the first homes at Algodon Wine Estates is already underway, with lots E8 and E9 taking the lead.  Lots slated for imminent construction also include lots E10.1, E11, E3, F18, E12, and A2.  While one homesite owner is finalizing certain structural designs with the home's engineers, another will be traveling to San Rafael soon to continue and finalize plans with his designers.  In addition to the current construction on lots E8 and E9, we anticipate that active construction on these two homes will commence by late October.

Algodon Wine Estates is currently bidding out contractors to complete the medium and low tension electricity infrastructure for Phase 1 of the master plan.  We anticipate that construction will begin by October, 2011, and be complete by the Spring of 2012.  Approximately 9,000 meters (or 50%) of Phase 1's water pipeline infrastructure has currently been laid.
