Vineyard Estate Homesite Sales Move Forward

Algodon Wine Estates is pleased to announce that in the past several weeks we have received numerous sale commitments for our vineyard estate homesites. The estates’ buyers are emerging into an international group, coming from all around the world including places such as England, Switzerland, Holland, Monaco, Australia, Argentina, and the U.S. We have also recently completed our negotiations with Sotheby’s International Real Estate, whom we have formed a sales partnership with. Our entire Algodon team, as well as our new partners from Sotheby’s, are all very excited about continuing forward with Algodon Wine Estates’ marketing strategy.

When we first acquired this estate, many of the vineyards were in conditions conducive to creating common wines. However, in the last three years, we have put maximum effort into viniculture, oenology, pruning and quality control. The result is that today our vineyards are vastly improved from what they were when we started, and that we now have the ability to create premium quality wines. We believe that we are in the early trends of a rising real estate market in Argentina. Moreover, we feel that what we do have somewhat in our control is the ability to press forward and create some of the best wine in Argentina. If we can accomplish that, the value of our property may rise accordingly. It bears mentioning that Algodon Wine Estates is still in the early stages of a marketing campaign focusing on our prime buying market, so we find it very encouraging that we are already receiving numerous sale reservations and arrangements for our vineyard estate homesites. We feel strongly that these early buyers share our belief that the value of our real estate may significantly increase in the coming years.

Algodon Wine Estates’ homesites range from roughly 1 to 15-acre estancia-sized, productive vineyard estate homesites. Elegant home interiors include state-of-the art amenities with private wine cellars, and are fully customizable in design and amenities. Home exteriors are inspired in design by architecture from the great wine capitals of the world, including Argentina’s Mendocinean and French Provence. Virtually every homesite features mountain views, and each village sector within the estate has been designed in accordance with its characteristic surroundings and landscape, creating a unique and stunningly beautiful vineyard community.
