Chez Nous Menu Unveiled!

We are pleased to present the official menu for Algodon Mansion's restaurant, Chez Nous.  Executive Chef, Antonio Soriano and his team have been working very hard and have created an outstanding menu that represents Chez Nous' vision:  to embrace the link between cultures that took place in the Buenos Aires of yesteryear, with a certain emphasis on traditional Argentine cuisine infused with the unmistakable flair of French influence. Chez Nous will treat guests to a gastronomical tour throughout the country by presenting some of the least known, yet most fascinating and delectable Argentine fare, as well as a splendid collection of Argentine wines.
