Algodon Mansion’s Chez Nous Staff, Kitchen & Menu Preview Unveiled!

Algodon Mansion would like to welcome our new Executive Chef, Antonio Soriano and his accomplished supporting staff, which includes Gonzalo Bazterrica (Chef de Cuisine) and Damián Betular (Pastry Chef).  Mr. Soriano's prestigious industry accomplishments include positions in some of the world's best restaurants such as the Hotel du Crillon and the George V of Four Seasons Paris.  He received his Le Grand Diplome from the celebrated Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.  Mr. Bazterrica joins us from recent esteemed positions of Sous Chef at Tomo 1 in Buenos Aires and Chef de Partie at Daniel restaurant in NYC, two of the best restaurants in their respective cities.  Mr. Betular has previously held respected positions of Head Pastry Chef at both Manero and Sucre restaurants in Buenos Aires.  We are also pleased to officially announce the newly amended name of our restaurant: Chez Nous, which translates from French to mean Our House.  Chez Nous' kitchen construction is now complete and fully operational, and our talented culinary artists are diligently preparing an exquisite menu to wow the senses.

We strongly feel that Chez Nous will quickly become a fundamental staple on the "porteño" fine dining scene.  Our inspired menu strongly reflects traditional Argentine cuisine infused with the unmistakable flair of modern French influence.  Chez Nous' seasonal menu is designed to serve only the finest and freshest ingredients.  Since our premiere menu will be launched during the Argentine summer, we have chosen lighter dishes that include lean meats and fish, as well as wonderful herbs, citrus, and other produce that are only available at this time of year. 

Additionally, Chez Nous will present a selection of favored menu items from our award-winning restaurant at Algodon Wine Estates.  Both menu options will offer a prix fixe tasting Menu. The following is a preview of what you can expect from our premiere menu:
